Returns Policy
Items must be unworn, unmarked, and have original tags attached. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and include a completed return form.
Start a return or exchange
Email Fullypaidorders@hotmail.com with your order number. Customer service is available Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Responses may take up to 48 hours — please don't send more than one email within that window.
Damages & wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges
All items must be returned to us before an exchange can be processed. Once received, please allow 5–10 working days for your exchange to be completed.
- You may only exchange for the same product in a different size
- If you wish to exchange for a different item, store credit will be issued instead
- If your required size is not available, store credit will be issued
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 working days for processing, plus additional time for your bank to post the refund.
We recommend returning via recorded delivery to ensure safe arrival.
Sale & discount code items
Items bought on sale or with a discount code (except FULLYPAID10) are non-refundable. You may receive store credit or an exchange for an item of equal value or a different size. Cancellations under this policy also receive store credit.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are handmade to order and take approximately 2–4 weeks to produce. Once placed:
- Items and sizes cannot be amended or cancelled for a cash refund
- Pre-orders are non-refundable — store credit only
- Cancellations before shipping receive store credit for the full order value
- Store credit is valid for 6 months and will not be extended
