PRE ORDERS
These items are handmade to order and can take approx 2-4 weeks to produce. Once orders have been placed, items/sizes can not be amended or cancelled. These items are non refundable as items have been specifically made to order however a store credit can be issued. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, a store credit will be issued for the value. Store credit will be valid for 6 months and will not be extended if you make a return.
International Custom fees & Duties
International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.
Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
Fullypaid clothing delivers to the UK, Europe and the rest of the world therefore no matter where you are you can receive our products within a matter of days. We aim to deliver all products securely and on time at a reasonable price. Please see below for our delivery prices and estimated duration.
Please note that orders can take up to 48 hours to be dispatched due to extra security steps we have in place on our website. Once your order is cleared and approved, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. No payment will be processed until this check is complete. Please allow up to 48 hours until items are fulfilled this includes some next day deliveries.

- If you fail to place your order before this time, your order will be sent out the following working day.
- Orders place on sat/sun and bank holidays will be sent on the following working day.

- Please note, if your order is made to a flat with a concierge or uni accommodation address. We will not be held responsible for any items going missing after confirmation of delivery from our shipping provider
- If you request your item to be left in a safe place, you are assuming responsibility for its condition. If it goes missing or is damaged, no compensation will be provided. We recommend carefully considering this option before choosing it.

Items must be unworn, unmarked, and have original tags attached. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and include a completed return form.
Start a return or exchange
Email Fullypaidorders@hotmail.com with your order number. Customer service is available Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Responses may take up to 48 hours — please don't send more than one email within that window.
Damages & wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Return your item first. Once accepted, place a new separate order — this is the fastest way to get what you need.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 working days for processing, plus additional time for your bank to post the refund.
We recommend returning via recorded delivery to ensure safe arrival.
Sale & discount code items
Items bought on sale or with a discount code (except WELCOME10) are non-refundable. You may receive store credit or an exchange for an item of equal value or a different size. Cancellations under this policy also receive store credit.
